Due to hygienic reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened bottles or used products.

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days, and if approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
